Warranty & Returns


Alpamayo bags are made to a high standard from quality materials and will stand up to the use for which they are designed. As such, Alpamayo Designs provides a warranty to the original owner on all products purchased against defects in materials or workmanship. If any issue arises regarding materials or workmanship please contact us via email for evaluation and return instructions at info@alpamayodesigns.com. If an item is found to be under warranty we will repair or replace at our discretion, free of charge. We require a dated proof of purchase.

Not covered by warranty are damages involving: Zipper wear, general wear and tear, improper use & improper mounting (e.g. tyre abrasion) and damages due to accident.


For new refunds/exchanges, you can return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be clean and unused. After 30 days of receipt, all sales are final. Shipping expenses will not be refunded on returns or exchanges. If something is our fault we will reinburse you for shipping expenses or send return labels. Email: info@alpamayodesigns.com.


If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alpamayodesigns.com. If the order has already shipped then shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
